Electronics Engineer

Description

We are looking for a talented Electronics Engineer to join our company. Sigma Industry Evolution is expanding rapidly and we welcome you to join our amazing team!

Role and responsibilities

• You work with the whole chain of our product development with a big focus on electronic development. As part of this you will be involved in and define the electronic design requirements, schematics and layout, to manufacturing through external suppliers, troubleshooting and functional safety development
• You are going to be a core member of our product development team and boost the
development of the hardware components
• You will be building prototypes that cover the complete system, including the mounting of all PCBs and connectors, as well as the connection of all components for the entire system

Basic qualifications

• Solid experience in PCB schematic design and layout using CAD tools (e.g. KiCAD).
• Proficiency in digital, analog, and power electronics design, as well as modelling,

simulation, and testing
• A thorough understanding of the full journey from prototype to mass production, including industry standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Skills in electronics assembly and mechanical prototyping
• You have a hands-on mentality and are action-oriented rather than process-oriented, you are practical rather than theoretical
