RF Engineer

Description

We are seeking a dedicated RF Engineer to design and develop RF systems and subsystems.

The RF Engineer’s responsibilities include reviewing system requirements, selecting RF equipment, designing RF circuits and systems, and performing system tests.

Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of radio frequency technologies, testing equipment, and procedures.

They are familiar with RF simulation software and have a strong understanding of RF principles and theory.

Ultimately, the role of the RF Engineer is to design and develop efficient, high-quality RF systems and subsystems that meet our company’s needs and comply with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test RF systems and subsystems.
• Analyze and interpret system requirements and customer specifications.
• Select RF components and equipment based on system requirements.
• Conduct system simulations to evaluate design options and risks.
• Perform system integration and validation tests.
• Document and maintain RF design specifications and procedures.
• Provide technical support to customers and other team members.
• Stay informed about new technologies and advancements in the field of RF engineering.
• Comply with industry regulations and standards.

Basic qualifications

• Proven work experience as an RF Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of RF systems, components, and testing procedures.
• Experience with RF simulation software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other engineers and team members.
• BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.
