Piping Process Engineer

Description

We are looking for a Senior Piping Process Engineer to support one of our important customers.

Required education background and professional experience:

• Education in Mechanical Engineering; B.Sc. or similar
• At least 5 years of piping design work
• Experience and understanding of a complete piping project with its phases and interfaces
• Well oriented in piping systems and its documentation
• Experienced collaboration between detail design and installation/manufacturing
• Understanding of quality and final documentation
• Good knowledge in common norms and standards applicable for process and mechanical engineering and design, specifically PED.
• Experience from Nuclear piping or Oil & Gas design work is preferable.

Scope of the assignment:

The candidate shall work in collaboration with a project in customer organization.
The assignment might require cooperation with other divisions as well
The candidate will manage and control documentation and correct information from QC documentation to CHESS and ensure that it is also correct for EAM.
The candidate will participate in coordination and integration meetings, produce the relevant reports and status of the activities.
The candidate must ensure that documentation from installation is at the correct level for the process and its function.

The assignment is 100% on site at customer facility in Lund.

The consultant will bring phone and PPE. ESS will provide basic computer, screen, mouse and keyboard.
