About the assignment:

Installation Package Coordinator Mechanical and Process Systems

The position offers a dynamic role with high quality demands and an international environment. You must have experience from coordination of installations with

Required education background and professional experience

Several years’ experience from:

• Leading and management of installations projects including planning and follow up of QC activities for ongoing installation work, for example process systems including pipes, pumps, heat exchangers or mechanical support
• Quality control work including inspection plans

Creating and reviewing associated installation documentation such as as-builts, weld lists, material certificates, pressure test programs, flushing programs, work instructions etc.

Scope of the assignment

Most of the work will be done through selected installation contractors, which require good communication skill and experience to work through and with other managers.

Mech./process Installation Package includes installation of:

• Mechanical installations including platforms mock-up’s
• Process systems including pipes pumps supports heat exchangers etc.

The installation coordinator is Responsible for:

• The installation preparation work leading up to Installation readiness Review (IRR)
• Coordination of installation inspections and quality inspections and documentation
• The installation follows all rules and regulations during installation and that necessary/correct documents and material are available in time for the installation work

The installation coordinator Mandate:

• Steering and controlling the installation QC work
• Give needed support /improve the contractors progress
